Review: Linux Mint 5 Fluxbox Edition RC1

Linux Mint 5 Elyssa Fluxbox CE RC1 was released the other day. I will be testing it out tomorrow and see how functional it is. I was pretty impressed with Linux Mint 4.0 Daryna Fluxbox CE Beta, considering how much multimedia goodness they included on a roughly 513 MB CD image. Linux Mint 5 Elyssa Fluxbox CE RC1 is about 560 MB in size, so there may be some different choices of included software compared to version 4.0. If it’s possible, I may release a remastered version to take advantage of “cloud computing”.
